  3. 2025London office opens to lead safety and evaluation work.
  4. 2026Continual learning program begins; first evaluation suite published.

Governance

Koodos is governed by an independent board whose duty is to the organization's mission, not to investors. Research priorities are set by our scientific leadership and reviewed against our safety commitments.

Major model releases go through a staged review that includes internal red-teaming, external evaluation, and sign-off from our safety team.
